Print Lead, EMEA

• Join Canva Print as its EMEA Print Operations Lead, based in London. • Help build the world’s most comprehensive print marketplace, taking users from design to delivered product in a few clicks. • Own the growth and performance of Canva Print across EMEA, including regional revenue targets. • Lead new product and market launches, print partner management and customer experience. • Move between strategy and execution in a hands-on regional leadership role. • Work flexibly in a way that suits you, with interviews held virtually.

• Bring significant experience in print, manufacturing, ecommerce, supply chain, marketplaces or another complex multi-partner environment. • Show a track record of owning regional or commercial outcomes such as revenue, margin or customer experience. • Bring experience launching products, markets, suppliers or partner capabilities across multiple countries. • Connect operational decisions to growth, economics and customer outcomes. • Manage external partners and improve performance through standards, data and accountability. • Build structure in ambiguous situations and stay hands-on when needed. • Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

• Bring experience in European print, customised products, ecommerce or distributed manufacturing. • Speak an additional European language. • Show experience building operations for a fast-growing marketplace. • Bring experience negotiating supplier or production contracts.

• Own Canva Print’s growth and performance across EMEA, turning revenue goals into a clear plan. • Identify the biggest opportunities across markets, products, partners and customer experience. • Lead new product, partner and market launches end to end. • Build trusted relationships with production partners on quality, fulfilment and economics. • Use data and customer insights to spot issues early and improve performance. • Create simpler, more scalable ways to launch and operate across EMEA. • Represent EMEA Print across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Customer Happiness.
