Sales Operations Analyst

• Join Canva’s EMEA Sales team as a Sales Operations Analyst, based at the London hub. • Act as a strategic co-pilot to regional Sales leaders in an embedded Field Ops model. • Drive forecasting, performance analytics and territory strategy across EMEA. • Surface insights that shape coverage, enablement and investment across diverse markets. • Help Canva navigate partner-led motions and sub-regional go-to-market models. • Choose the balance of home and office working that suits you and your team.

• Bring 5+ years in Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps or a similar role, ideally in SaaS with a regional GTM structure. • Understand EMEA go-to-market, including sub-regional nuances. • Bring experience with partner or channel sales models and how they intersect with direct sales. • Work fluently with data in Excel or Google Sheets. • Communicate clearly and structure ambiguous problems well. • Bring people along with your recommendations. • Work comfortably across cultures, time zones and ambiguity with a bias to action.

• Write SQL. • Bring experience with Salesforce administration or CRM enrichment. • Show experience with annual sales planning, headcount and capacity modelling. • Speak an additional European language.

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership on productivity, performance management and GTM evolution. • Drive the region’s forecasting cadence and performance analytics. • Spot funnel issues early and analyse sales trends across markets. • Shape territory, segmentation and account assignment strategy. • Support GTM shifts and localisation with Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing and Enablement. • Keep the CRM clean and enriched for sales and channel teams. • Lead annual planning for headcount, productivity, account coverage and regional carve logic.
