💼 What you will do

• Lead Tide’s liquidity management, forecasting, and general financial risk management activities. • Build robust liquidity and capital forecasting with scalable models across a complex multi-entity, multi-currency organisation. • Add financial risk management strategies that support future growth. • Lead Treasury’s forward-looking planning capability. • Partner closely with Finance, Product, Lending, and Treasury Operations to support strategic decision making. • Keep Treasury well positioned to support the company’s evolving business model. • Coach and mentor Treasury analysts, and deputise for the Group Treasurer when required. • Join a Treasury team acting as first line of defence, optimising financial resources and ensuring robust liquidity and cash management.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring a minimum of nine years of experience in Treasury covering liquidity and capital management, including forecasting and planning. • Bring prior experience in financial services, preferably in technology-driven or scale-up environments. • Bring strong knowledge of cash forecasting, capital management, general financial risk management, and the related regulatory requirements. • Work as a self-starter with an independent, extreme ownership mentality. • Bring experience overseeing controls and mitigating financial risks. • Bring experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Bring experience managing and leading Treasury teams across multiple locations and countries. • Communicate and manage stakeholders excellently.

• Bring experience with BI reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. • Bring experience designing stress testing methodologies from scratch. • Bring experience managing FX and interest rate exposures across a multi-currency ecosystem. • Bring experience implementing hedging strategies suited to fintech risk profiles. • Bring experience liaising with banking and trading partners on execution and reporting. • Bring experience owning a monthly and quarterly Treasury MI pack.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the Treasury forecasting framework, including medium and long term liquidity and capital forecasts. • Develop and maintain Treasury planning assumptions and forecasting methodologies. • Provide forward-looking analysis that supports business growth, new products, and strategic initiatives. • Lead Treasury scenario planning and design stress testing methodologies. • Own liquidity and capital management decisions across multiple entities, currencies, and business lines. • Partner with FP&A and Risk to build resilient capital structures meeting regulatory and operational needs. • Recommend liquidity buffers and funding requirements, and own the monthly and quarterly Treasury MI pack. • Monitor, assess, and manage FX and interest rate exposures, overseeing hedging strategies and policies. • Liaise with banking and trading partners to optimise execution and reporting. • Partner with Finance, Product, Lending, and Commercial teams to assess the Treasury impact of new initiatives. • Represent Treasury on cross-functional projects. • Lead and develop Treasury planning capabilities, coaching analysts and deputising for the Group Treasurer.
