• Join Funding Options by Tide as a Senior Commercial Finance Broker in the Sales team. • Help small businesses access the right finance through effective, consultative conversations. • Match customers to the best product from a panel of around 100 lending partners. • Prospect customers from the CRM and work closely with the Lead Generation team. • Give every customer a 5-star experience, whether or not their application succeeds. • Work flexibly from home, the London office or anywhere in the UK, plus up to 90 days abroad.

• Bring experience in a customer-facing sales role. • Show experience in a 360 sales role or outbound prospecting. • Show a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets. • Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships quickly. • Show a results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail. • Deliver the highest level of customer service. • Stay organised and analytical, and work well under pressure. • Work as a self-starter who works backwards from targets.

• Bring experience in commercial finance or business lending. • Show existing relationships with UK commercial lenders. • Bring experience with asset finance, invoice finance or merchant cash advances. • Use Salesforce confidently.

• Contact, engage and guide small business customers through the application process. • Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners. • Prospect customers outbound from the CRM. • Work with the Lead Generation team and share feedback. • Explain finance options clearly across multiple business finance product classes. • Keep prospect information and customer profiles up to date in Salesforce. • Track industry trends, the market and competitors. • Share stories and successes with the wider organisation.
