About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Lottie as the first Commercial Associate for Found for Specialist Care, working hybrid from London Bridge. • Build a brand-new vertical from the ground up, with no playbook, team or set way of working yet. • Lead on sales by opening doors, running demos and closing providers. • Work across Commercial, Product and Customer Success to shape how Found is sold and built. • Start with 7–8 existing specialist care customers and a pipeline of previously turned-away providers. • Work closely with the Head of Commercial, with direct access to product and the founder.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring a track record of hitting targets in a B2B commercial role. • Show confidence on the phone and enjoy outbound prospecting. • Work as a natural generalist across market research, messaging, product feedback and closing. • Show experience building something from scratch, such as a territory, product line, process or side project. • Translate between providers, product and engineering across teams. • Build genuine relationships in an empathetic, consultative way. • Explain value in plain language to people who aren’t always tech-savvy. • Commit to owning this vertical for at least 12 months. • Submit a short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself with your application.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience working at a startup. • Show experience in B2B SaaS sales. • Bring exposure to regulated or publicly funded sectors. • Show an understanding of local-authority-funded buying decisions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own conversations with specialist care and supported living providers from first call to close. • Close deals against MRR targets with uncapped commission on ARR. • Build pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn and events, and grow existing customers. • Test messaging and turn what works into a repeatable playbook. • Bring provider insight to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. • Work across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Customer Success for a joined-up provider experience. • Grow the vertical from a handful of customers into a repeatable revenue line.

About Lottie

📊 Lottie at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Lottie is solving one of the UK's most pressing social challenges: helping families navigate the stressful, confusing process of finding later life care. Founded by two brothers out of their own frustrating experience, Lottie has grown from a half-broken website launched to meet an investor deadline into the UK's highest-rated care-finding service, backed by Accel and General Catalyst, early backers of companies like Airbnb, Meta, and Spotify. The company has raised more than £25 million, reached 10 million users, and now has a team of 70+ people. Glassdoor tells a remarkable story: 4.9/5 from 27 reviews, with 100% of employees recommending it to a friend. Reviewers consistently highlight the team's kindness, mission-driven culture, and clear career progression. Lottie also offers genuinely good benefits for a startup: private healthcare via Bupa, EMI share options, a 3-night digital detox through Unplugged, 26 days holiday (increasing with tenure), and work-from-anywhere for up to 3 weeks per year. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious targets, which some reviewers note is not for everyone. But if you want to do meaningful work that directly helps families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, while working alongside genuinely kind and talented people, Lottie is a brilliant place to do that.

😃 What Lottie offers

• Earn a £50,000–£70,000 base salary with OTE of £75,000–£105,000. • Receive uncapped commission on ARR closed. • Get a generous EMI share option package. • Take 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. • Work hybrid with a minimum of 2 core office days a week at London Bridge. • Get fast career progression as an early hire at a Series A startup.
