Account Manager, Funding Options

• Bring experience as a commercial finance broker or in business lending. • Understand a wide range of business finance products and lenders. • Build long-term relationships with business owners and understand how their businesses work. • Run structured, high-quality conversations to uncover funding needs. • Bring a strategic, consultative approach rather than a transactional one. • Keep accurate records in Salesforce. • Handle multiple and sometimes changing priorities with an ownership mindset.

• Bring existing relationships with UK commercial lenders. • Show experience managing a portfolio of SME clients. • Bring experience with asset finance, invoice finance or commercial mortgages. • Show experience in a fintech or fast-growing financial services company.

• Contact, engage and guide commercial customers through the application process. • Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners. • Prospect customers from your dedicated accounts portfolio. • Explain finance options clearly across multiple business finance product classes. • Work with the Lead Generation team and share feedback. • Keep prospect information and customer profiles up to date in Salesforce. • Track industry trends, the market and competitors. • Share stories and successes with the wider organisation.
