Posted on 15 October 2026New

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Lottie’s Found Commercial team as Account Executive for Specialist Care, working hybrid from London Bridge. • Build Found for Specialist Care, a brand-new vertical alongside Care Home and Home Care. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and shape the vertical’s messaging. • Start with 7–8 existing specialist care customers and a pipeline of previously turned-away providers. • Shape the next two quarters of product work with what you hear from the market. • Report to the Head of Commercial, Found, with direct access to product and the founder.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring at least 12 months of closing experience in a B2B sales role. • Show a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets. • Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, with strong phone skills. • Take a brief and run with it without a ready-made playbook or SDR support. • Sell in an empathetic, consultative way rather than an overly “salesy” one. • Explain value in plain language to operators who aren’t always tech-savvy. • Commit to owning this vertical for at least 12 months. • Submit a short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself with your application.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience with B2B SaaS sales methodology. • Show experience working at a startup. • Bring experience selling into regulated or publicly funded sectors. • Show an understanding of local-authority-funded buying decisions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for specialist care and supported living providers, then hand over to Customer Success. • Build the go-to-market for the vertical by testing and refining messaging. • Re-engage previously contacted providers and grow the existing customer base. • Build pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn and events alongside inbound leads. • Run discovery calls and demos with leaders at multi-site providers. • Negotiate and close deals against MRR targets. • Feed market insight to Product and Engineering to shape Found for Specialist Care. • Build a repeatable sales motion the team can scale.

About Lottie

📊 Lottie at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Lottie is solving one of the UK's most pressing social challenges: helping families navigate the stressful, confusing process of finding later life care. Founded by two brothers out of their own frustrating experience, Lottie has grown from a half-broken website launched to meet an investor deadline into the UK's highest-rated care-finding service, backed by Accel and General Catalyst, early backers of companies like Airbnb, Meta, and Spotify. The company has raised more than £25 million, reached 10 million users, and now has a team of 70+ people. Glassdoor tells a remarkable story: 4.9/5 from 27 reviews, with 100% of employees recommending it to a friend. Reviewers consistently highlight the team's kindness, mission-driven culture, and clear career progression. Lottie also offers genuinely good benefits for a startup: private healthcare via Bupa, EMI share options, a 3-night digital detox through Unplugged, 26 days holiday (increasing with tenure), and work-from-anywhere for up to 3 weeks per year. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious targets, which some reviewers note is not for everyone. But if you want to do meaningful work that directly helps families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, while working alongside genuinely kind and talented people, Lottie is a brilliant place to do that.

😃 What Lottie offers

• Earn a £50,000–£70,000 base salary with OTE of £75,000–£105,000. • Receive uncapped commission on ARR closed. • Get a generous EMI share option package. • Take 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. • Work hybrid with a minimum of 2 core office days a week at London Bridge. • Get fast career progression as an early hire at a Series A startup.

💖 What makes Lottie unique

Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care, making finding care as easy as booking a holiday. Founded in London in 2021, Lottie has raised over £25 million from Accel and General Catalyst.
