Lead, Treasury Policy & Procedures

• Design, maintain, and govern Treasury’s policy framework across all products, legal entities, and funding structures. • Own end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation for the whole business. • Make sure Treasury activities sit on robust governance, clear documentation, and well-defined processes that meet regulatory expectations while still enabling product innovation. • Provide Treasury leadership throughout the product development lifecycle so new products are operationally sound and properly governed. • Work closely with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. • Join a Treasury team acting as first line of defence, optimising financial resources, managing risk, and ensuring robust liquidity and cash management. • Influence senior stakeholders and drive high-quality outcomes without direct authority. • Work on a hybrid basis, with offices acting as hubs for collaboration.

• Bring significant Treasury experience within a fintech, digital bank, or retail banking environment. • Bring a strong understanding of payment flows, safeguarding, liquidity management, and Treasury operations. • Bring experience developing Treasury policies, governance frameworks, or operational procedures. • Bring demonstrable experience producing and maintaining Flow of Funds documentation. • Influence Product Managers and senior business leaders without direct authority. • Write strongly, simplifying complex processes into clear documentation. • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Bring experience supporting new product launches within a regulated financial services business. • Understand payment schemes, acquiring, issuing, lending, and customer funds. • Bring knowledge of FCA or equivalent regulatory expectations on Treasury governance and safeguarding. • Bring experience working with international or multi-entity Treasury structures.

• Bring experience coordinating policy approvals through governance committees. • Bring experience acting as subject matter expert during internal audits and regulatory reviews. • Bring experience producing Flow of Funds diagrams for complex payment journeys. • Bring experience establishing documentation standards across a function. • Bring experience supporting acquisitions or strategic projects from a Treasury perspective. • Bring experience driving consistency across multiple countries and legal entities.

• Own the Treasury policy framework, keeping policies current, effective, and aligned with business strategy and regulatory expectations. • Develop, maintain, and periodically review Treasury policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation. • Make sure Treasury controls are documented and embedded within operational processes, and coordinate policy approvals through governance committees. • Lead the design, preparation, and maintenance of end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation across all products, payment journeys, and legal entities. • Keep that documentation accurate against operational processes, safeguarding arrangements, funding structures, settlement flows, and Treasury responsibilities. • Act as Treasury subject matter expert for Flow of Funds during governance, audits, and regulatory reviews. • Partner with Product Managers from concept through launch so Treasury requirements are built into product design. • Challenge and influence product designs so they are operationally efficient, scalable, and compliant. • Build relationships across Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Engineering. • Establish documentation standards, simplify processes, and drive consistency across products, countries, and legal entities.
