💼 What you will do

• Drive revenue growth from Admin Services across the UK as Commercial Head. • Sit at the heart of Tide’s commercial function, collaborating cross-functionally to understand performance and uncover opportunities. • Keep a relentless focus on the numbers and the members, on product prioritisation, and on the planning that hits revenue targets and grows customer lifetime value. • Own the strategy and implementation of activities that drive activation and usage across the Admin Services range. • Partner closely with marketing to deliver seamless always-on campaign activity. • Own the strategy and launch approach for new products, covering every channel, member touchpoint, and end-to-end journey. • Coach and guide a small team who own specific products under your leadership. • Work flexibly from home or the office, with offices acting as hubs for collaboration.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of experience leading always-on activity to drive commercial performance. • Bring strong commercial acumen, with proven experience driving commercial impact and partnering with finance on performance. • Set and track clear KPIs across initiatives to meet revenue goals. • Review and interpret data to develop hypotheses, turning insights into clear, actionable plans. • Show a proven go-to-market track record delivering holistic, high impact omni-channel campaigns across sales, CRM, and in-app touchpoints. • Bring exceptional project management skills, juggling multiple launches and tactical tests in a fast-moving environment. • Build relationships across teams, craft compelling messaging, and navigate ambiguity confidently. • Work backwards from targets, remove blockers proactively, and adapt when priorities shift. • Coach and guide a small team owning specific products.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Finance and key stakeholders to set, track, and refine financial projections for Admin Services, owning revenue accountability and flagging risks early. • Analyse member behaviour, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance with support from the BI team. • Translate that data into recommendations that shape product prioritisation, pricing, positioning, and communications. • Partner with Product teams to address opportunities, shaping positioning, aligning roadmaps, and supporting launches with tailored GTM strategies. • Support new feature launches across channels alongside sales and operations teams, delivering best-in-class experiments. • Facilitate brainstorms and workshops that surface creative ideas and implementation plans. • Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team and C-suite. • Lead ongoing commercial research and competitive analysis, translating trends into strategies that differentiate Tide. • Become an expert in members’ core motivations and bring their voice into commercial and product design discussions.
