• Identify, secure attendance, and actively look for new business opportunities at high-potential external B2B events, expos, and local networking sessions across the UK.

• Guide prospects through the signup process on-site, ensuring high-quality conversion in collaboration with KYC and FinCrime teams.
• Aggressively follow up on event-generated leads using CRM tools to maximise final conversion rates and drive paid plan adoption.
• Co-host and manage logistics for internal events at Tide HQ, including monthly Accountant Society sessions and bi-monthly partner events.
• Launch and host Tide Educational Online Events to scale reach beyond physical locations.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic growth partnerships with event organisers, local business hubs, and SME networks.
• Work closely with Marketing, Affiliates, and Product teams to align event content with new campaigns, features, and MTD updates.
• Maintain 100% accurate pipeline tracking in Pipedrive and support updating the Live Event Looker Dashboard to evaluate event ROI.
• Capture data and photography from every event to create compelling post-event recaps.
• Work flexible hours as required, including occasional evenings or weekends, to match event schedules.
