Proposal Manager

• Bring 2+ years of experience in sales, sales operations or a commercial role. • Understand B2B sales cycles from end to end. • Show technical aptitude and hands-on Salesforce experience. • Write and speak clearly and persuasively. • Stay highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Bring experience managing large or complex projects. • Take ownership with a proactive, self-starter mindset. • Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Speak German. • Bring experience handling security questionnaires or compliance frameworks. • Know project coordination or formal project management practices. • Show experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales motions.

• Deliver high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs and sales documentation with Strategic and Enterprise AEs. • Own the full RFP and RFI process, gathering input from cross-functional teams. • Handle security questionnaires and due diligence requests with Infosec and Legal. • Manage vendor registrations and procurement portals such as Ariba, Coupa and Jaggaer. • Build strong relationships with Finance, Legal, RevOps, Infosec, Services and Sales. • Liaise with suppliers and third-party partners on commercial requirements. • Manage cases and documentation in Salesforce and Slack. • Improve RFP workflows and knowledge management.
