Product Manager, Video Creation & Editing (Principal-level)

• Own the Editor and AI Assistant platform that 90% of the Fortune 100 already use to create video on Synthesia. • Define what "making a video" means when AI does most of the work, holding the craft bar high while the ground moves under it. • Set the direction that other teams at Synthesia build against, at the exact moment video creation is shifting from manual timelines to AI-native and agentic workflows. • Based from Synthesia's London office or remote from Europe.

• Be a strategic thinker with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives. • Have significant experience managing world-class products, ideally with a focus on creative or collaborative tooling, or other experience-led products. • Possess deep product intuition and a strong UX focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate user needs. • Be comfortable navigating large, ambiguous product areas and collaborating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Have excellent communication skills and excel at cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support. • Be customer-obsessed, with a passion for shipping impactful products that drive meaningful user outcomes. • Thrive in high-autonomy roles and be comfortable owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to execution.

• Have a solid understanding of video creation and editing complexities, with prior experience in video tools. • Bring experience building AI-powered or agentic workflows into creative products. • Have prior experience defining the evolution of assisted creation features within a unified product experience. • Bring experience setting product direction that multiple teams build against across a large organisation. • Have experience with enterprise creative or collaborative tooling used at Fortune 500 scale.

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Editor and AI Assistant. • Contribute to the evolution of assisted creation features and AI-powered workflows within a unified product experience. • Prioritise use cases and features based on deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact product releases on time and with quality. • Advocate for a strong UX focus and intuitive design that lowers barriers to video creation for diverse user segments. • Act as a key influencer across the organisation, communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
