Credit Product Manager (SME Business Lending)

• Lead credit products for SME customers, establishing new sales channels and lowering the cost of acquisition. • Make sure Revolut offers exceptional support for business lending across Europe and the UK. • Partner with Product Owners and the Engineering team to refine the features behind those products. • Join the Credit team, which creates and scales the lending features powering Revolut’s global growth. • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems through to customer-facing experiences. • Combine market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision to deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region. • Work remotely from the UK, with the role also open in France, Ireland, and Spain.

• Bring in-depth knowledge of SME lending across Europe and the UK, covering segments, competitors, best practices, and acquisition channels. • Bring experience building products or features in the SME lending space in Europe and the UK. • Bring solid product design expertise and a genuine focus on customer experience. • Bring knowledge of UI and UX alongside risk management principles. • Understand business needs and analyse data and real-world experience to prioritise features. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Work with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset. • Show a track record of making data-driven decisions. • Lead a team and build partnerships across other functions. • Take ownership comfortably and enjoy doing so. • Bring a passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo.

• Bring familiarity with user research. • Bring experience establishing third-party partnerships in lending or payments. • Bring experience designing distribution and sales strategies with high conversion and low acquisition cost. • Know the regulatory requirements around consumer and business credit. • Bring experience across the full lifecycle of a business customer.

• Develop the vision and strategy for business lending products and connect it to Revolut’s wider goals. • Produce high-quality business requirements in line with market best practice, looking to disrupt rather than follow. • Deliver world-class customer experiences with high UX engagement, grounded in the full lifecycle of a business customer. • Define, prioritise, and communicate short, mid, and long-term goals for business lending products. • Create market-leading distribution and sales strategies with a high conversion funnel and low cost of acquisition. • Establish reliable and reputable third-party partnerships. • Maintain zero tolerance for compliance issues or breaches of regulatory requirements.
