Product Strategy Manager

• Join the CEO Office as a Product Strategy Manager. • Identify market gaps, opportunities, and actionable product initiatives that drive mass adoption in core and expansion markets. • Support senior executives and the CEO in forming a point of view on specific fintech verticals. • Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market information back into strategy and roadmaps. • Help scope and launch new verticals for the company. • Join a function that means problem-solving at scale, tackling the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. • Work fully remotely from the UK, with the role also open across India, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.

• Hold a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university. • Bring 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growing technology company in a business, product, or strategy role. • Show a track record of outstanding achievement across different areas. • Bring excellent problem-solving skills. • Bring empathy for customers and a customer-centric approach to design.

• Show a track record of building successful products or features using data, customer feedback, common sense, or machine learning. • Bring experience defining go-to-market strategy for new markets. • Bring competitive analysis experience across global markets. • Know specific fintech verticals well enough to form your own view on them. • Bring experience presenting to senior executives or founders.

• Support senior executives and the CEO in developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals, and define a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments. • Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market information back into company strategy and department roadmaps. • Track and analyse competitive position and product performance globally. • Help scope and launch new verticals for the company. • Define the initial product proposition and go-to-market strategy for new expansion markets.
