Head of Product (Wealth & Trading)

• Drive the strategy and direction for Wealth & Trading products as a UX-focused Head of Product. • Define the entire roadmap, shaping the user experience and ensuring products scale globally while maintaining simplicity and clarity for customers. • Join the Product team that turns complex financial challenges into simple, intuitive solutions.

• Have 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management. • Have 3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organisations. • Bring expertise in UX-driven product development, particularly for customer-facing platforms with high complexity. • Demonstrate a proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision across leadership and teams. • Have high analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation based on ROI, impact, and customer value. • Show a bias toward action and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive initiatives from conception to launch. • Have experience delivering sophisticated products under ambiguous conditions in a fast-moving environment.

• Have experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research, with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products.

• Lead the Wealth & Trading product, defining the strategy, roadmap, and user experience across trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management features. • Shape product vision and strategy, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and UX excellence. • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable solutions. • Develop and mentor product team members to achieve strategic goals. • Own end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. • Leverage AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions.
