Principal Product Manager, New Product Bet

• Join Synthesia as a Principal-level Product Manager on a zero-to-one product bet, based in London. • Help build an agentic, real-time experience where people practise live, dynamic scenarios. • Give organisations genuine proof of readiness instead of course-completion metrics. • Own two domains, Surveys and Guidance, from strategy through to ship. • Define a new category while real-time AI has only just become good enough to power it. • Work in a flexible hybrid role from the London office.

• Bring significant product management experience owning a critical product domain. • Show experience setting strategy, not just executing it. • Connect product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention or expansion. • Bring experience with zero-to-one products in complex, experience-driven spaces. • Show experience building agentic or AI-powered products. • Understand what makes real-time AI interactions feel natural and what breaks them. • Write strategy docs, PRDs and decision memos others can act on without follow-up. • Bring experience working alongside enterprise buying motions.

• Bring experience in learning, training or enterprise skill development products. • Show experience building survey or feedback products at scale. • Bring experience with conversational AI or voice interfaces. • Show experience hiring and developing product managers.

• Own the multi-quarter strategy for the Surveys and Guidance domains. • Define success metrics and connect product outcomes to retention, expansion and revenue. • Get close to key customers and turn their needs into clear product direction. • Build shared understanding of the strategy across engineering, design, R&D and commercial teams. • Write narratives, strategy docs and PRDs that move decisions forward. • Balance predictable short-term delivery with long-term product health. • Improve product practice across the team and take part in PM hiring.
