💼 What you will do

• Join Spotify’s User Platform team as a Senior Product Manager, based in London or Stockholm. • Shape how people access Spotify and stay connected across apps, devices and partner integrations. • Focus on session management, from sign-in through to connecting and disconnecting devices and apps. • Bring together consumer experience and technical product strategy. • Help people use Spotify safely, easily and with confidence. • Enjoy flexible hybrid working, with some in-person meetings.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring several years of product management experience with shipped products that improved user or developer outcomes. • Show experience with consumer products, identity and access, connected devices, developer products or partner integrations. • Understand how session management, authorisation, APIs and consent flows shape user and developer experiences. • Bring strong product and UX judgement when working with design, research and engineering. • Reason through technical trade-offs and explain complex decisions clearly to varied audiences. • Use research and data to test assumptions and decide well with incomplete evidence. • Lead work across teams with different priorities. • Turn ambiguous problems into clear strategy and follow through on delivery.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience with authentication standards such as OAuth or OpenID Connect. • Show experience building products for smart speakers, TVs, cars or other connected devices. • Bring experience with developer platforms, SDKs or API documentation. • Know privacy and security requirements for consumer identity products.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for session management across clients, devices and partners. • Use research, data and feedback to find access friction and prioritise improvements. • Improve how sessions start, persist and end while protecting accounts, privacy and user control. • Shape device connection, session transfer and partner authorisation, including clear consent flows. • Make access capabilities reusable through APIs, client components and integration guidance. • Align client, device and partner teams and drive improvements through to adoption. • Define success measures for access quality, user friction and developer experience. • Balance quick experience wins with long-term technical investment, security and privacy.
