UK Product Growth Lead

• Join Canva’s Localisation group as UK Product Growth Lead, based at the London campus in Shoreditch. • Act as the voice of UK users and champion culturally relevant content. • Bring product experience and cultural knowledge to every part of Canva for UK users. • Fix product funnel problems, from sign-up and authentication through to editing and publishing. • Join a small but powerful UK team with lots of cross-functional collaboration. • Choose the balance of home and office working that suits you and your team.

• Understand the needs of UK customers and how to meet them. • Bring proven product management experience, including owning product strategy. • Work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Bring some experience in conversion rate optimisation. • Show passion for language and culture and how they shape the user experience. • Use data to evaluate campaigns and recommend improvements. • Turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear, simple communication. • Work comfortably with engineers, product managers and designers. • Use Atlassian project tools and basic web development, and write strong docs.

• Know UK product growth strategies and user acquisition. • Bring experience in UK marketing or advertising. • Hold a tertiary qualification in conversion rate optimisation, literature or localisation. • Show copywriting experience, ideally localisation for a SaaS product. • Understand organic growth, including SEO and WordPress. • Bring some design experience.

• Identify key localisation improvements for the UK market. • Find and fix product funnel problems across sign-up, authentication, editing and publishing. • Collaborate with the UK team on product growth initiatives. • Tailor content for the nuances of the UK market. • Adapt global messaging, campaigns and product experiences for UK users. • Give global teams cultural insight and guidance on UK audiences. • Work with local partners on clarity, tone and cultural nuance across all surfaces. • Develop style guides, tone of voice strategies and localisation best practices.
