Manager, Product Management – Roundtripping

• Join Figma as Manager of Product Management for the Roundtripping area. • Lead four teams: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design and Code Platform. • Set the strategy for connecting customer codebases to Figma. • Build the products and platform that let design and code move fluently together. • Manage and grow a team of Product Managers alongside engineering, design, data and research leaders. • Work from the London hub or remotely anywhere in the UK.

• Bring 3+ years managing Product Managers, including hiring, calibrating and developing talent. • Show deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products. • Bring experience running evals, owning annotation pipelines and making ship or no-ship calls on model behaviour. • Show a track record of setting strategy and executing through deep technical ambiguity. • Rally an organisation around bold, unproven bets. • Bring experience turning enterprise customer workflows into shipped product. • Collaborate well across functions and write with technical depth. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring hands-on experience with MCP or agentic coding tools. • Show experience building design-to-code or code-generation products. • Bring experience with canvas-based or creative tools. • Show experience leading multiple product teams at once.

• Lead product for Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design and Code Platform. • Set vision, strategy and goals for keeping design and code in sync. • Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality and discoverability. • Guide the code-context systems and translation primitives behind agentic workflows. • Manage three Product Managers and hire for the team’s open PM role. • Make technical product decisions with engineering, design, data and research leaders. • Set a strong operating cadence and own adoption goals for MCP and code workflows.
