Product Manager - Marketplace

• Lead the marketplace and integration surfaces at Supabase, the open-source Postgres development platform used by 7M+ developers and thousands of enterprises. • Own the two-sided surface where Partners and developers publish integrations and where Supabase's developer customers discover and install them. • Position the marketplace as the distribution layer for agent-driven development, where capabilities get discovered and composed on a builder's behalf.

• Bring 7+ years of product management on developer tools or marketplaces, or be an ex-founder with strong product instincts. • Have built and grown a two-sided surface such as an app store, plugin or integration ecosystem, developer platform, or marketplace. • Understand the chicken-and-egg of balancing supply and demand, recruiting developers, driving listing quality, and making discovery effortless. • Be biased toward speed, preferring to ship something imperfect and learn rather than polish a spec. • Build with what you own, using the product from both sides to form opinions through first-hand use. • Work async by default, making decisions in writing and moving work forward without meetings.

• Have particular instinct for the agentic and code-first integrations now defining how developers build. • Bring experience with app stores or developer-platform distribution specifically. • Show experience using AI tools to compress the slow parts of the job such as research, drafting, and synthesising feedback. • Demonstrate experience setting quality bars and building review, guardrail, and versioning mechanisms at scale. • Hold experience defining and instrumenting marketplace health metrics across both supply and demand sides. • Have experience with open-source ecosystems or developer communities.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace where Partners and developers publish integrations and customers discover and install them. • Make it effortless for a developer to find the right capability and integrate it, owning discovery, search, listings, and the path from install to working integration. • Make publishing an integration fast and rewarding so Partners bring their best work and keep it current. • Set the quality bar and listing standards, building review, guardrail, and versioning mechanisms with Engineering and Partnerships that keep the catalogue trustworthy at scale. • Define marketplace health metrics across both supply and demand, instrument the surface end to end, and let signal drive what gets built next. • Position the marketplace as the distribution layer for agent-driven development where capabilities are discovered and composed on a builder's behalf.
