Product Manager – Marketplace

• Join Supabase, the open-source Postgres development platform used by 7M+ developers, in a full-time fully remote role. • Lead the marketplace and integration surfaces as Product Manager, Marketplace. • Own the two-sided surface where partners publish integrations and developers discover and install them. • Make the marketplace the shortest path between a developer with a problem and the capability that solves it. • Position the marketplace as the distribution layer for agent-driven development. • Work asynchronously in a born-remote team spread across 60+ countries.

• Bring 7+ years of product management on developer tools or marketplaces, or strong product instincts as an ex-founder. • Identify which partners and integrations matter most, especially agentic and code-first integrations. • Show experience building and growing a two-sided surface such as an app store, plugin ecosystem or developer platform. • Understand how to balance supply and demand, recruit developers and drive listing quality. • Ship imperfect work and learn rather than polishing a spec for another sprint. • Use the marketplace from both sides, publishing test integrations and wiring them into projects yourself. • Use AI tools to compress research, drafting and feedback synthesis. • Work async by default, making decisions in writing and moving work forward without meetings.

• Bring experience with app stores or developer-platform distribution. • Show experience defining metrics across both supply and demand sides of a marketplace. • Bring experience building review, guardrail or versioning mechanisms for a catalog. • Show experience working in open source communities.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace. • Own discovery, search, listings and the whole path from install to working integration. • Make publishing an integration fast and rewarding so partners bring and maintain their best work. • Set the quality bar and listing standards for the catalog. • Build review, guardrail and versioning mechanisms with Engineering and Partnerships. • Define marketplace health metrics across supply and demand, and instrument the surface end to end. • Let signal rather than opinion drive what gets built next. • Position the marketplace so capabilities get discovered and composed by agents on a builder’s behalf.
