Product Manager

• Bring extensive experience defining and building great products and features for customers. • Balance complex problem-solving with fast tactical changes. • Make high-quality decisions quickly, using data where appropriate. • Work comfortably with ambiguity and outside your comfort zone. • Communicate clearly in writing and speech, making the complex easy to understand. • Build relationships across the business and reach good compromises. • Partner with engineers and designers without relying on rigid task management. • Show experience working with tech teams to get things built.

• Bring experience or knowledge of banking or finance. • Show experience working on mobile apps, especially banking apps. • Bring experience running customer research. • Show experience working closely with customer service teams.

• Understand customer needs and lead the creation and improvement of products, big and small. • Explore opportunities across the product using data and customer research. • Talk to colleagues across Starling to shape product decisions. • Work with Customer Service and Product QA teams to maintain quality. • Spot trends and problems early and act on them.
