Product Owner (UX)

• Take responsibility for a product roadmap, covering day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk. • Act as the go-to person for your feature from conception through launch and beyond. • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with senior management. • Join the Product team, which shapes the experiences that power Revolut. • Turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions alongside Design, Engineering, and Data. • Work closely with Design and UX to define the customer journey. • Work remotely from the UK, or from the London office, with the role also open across France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UAE.

• Bring 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking and finance areas such as acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance. • Bring 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products. • Bring 1+ years of experience managing people. • Communicate outstandingly across every level. • Bring an eye for great UX and UI and an impeccable understanding of design best practices. • Bring high analytical acumen alongside solid business sense to guide ROI-based prioritisation. • Formulate and drive a focused product vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners. • Bring experience leading product development and launch from scratch. • Provide insight and deliver measurable results in ambiguous, fast-paced conditions. • Bring an entrepreneurial drive that never settles.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a top university. • Bring experience partnering with Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams on launches. • Bring experience owning a product through growth and maintenance, not just launch. • Bring fintech or payments domain knowledge specifically. • Bring experience setting team goals and success metrics from scratch.

• Set your team’s goals, success metrics, and roadmap in line with company goals. • Drive maximum impact using data analysis, market research, and company strategy. • Own your team’s products completely, from ideation through development to launch, growth, and maintenance. • Work closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an outstanding user experience. • Liaise with Engineering to ensure your product is delivered effectively. • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, and Strategy.
