• Own the strategy and execution for Runna's core product and lead the core-product management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. • Set the roadmap, raise the bar for how the team builds, and drive outcomes across the core training, coaching, and community experience. • Lead the heart of a beloved, Apple-recognised consumer app at a defining moment in its growth.

• Have substantial experience leading product management teams, including managing managers across several product areas, in a consumer product business. • Have a track record of owning product strategy end-to-end for a core consumer surface and translating it into shipped outcomes that move business metrics. • Demonstrate strength in both product craft including discovery, prioritisation, and experimentation, and people leadership. • Have excellent cross-functional partnership with design, engineering, and data, and credibility with senior stakeholders. • Be comfortable making data-informed decisions and clear trade-offs under ambiguity. • Have experience scaling a product organisation and its operating rhythm.

• Have experience in fitness, health, or subscription products. • Have subscription, retention, or monetisation product fluency.
