Senior Director of Product

• Join Runna as Senior Director of Product, working hybrid from London 3 days a week. • Own the strategy and execution for Runna’s core training, coaching and community experience. • Lead a team of 10 PMs across the core-product squads, including managing managers. • Report directly to the Managing Director and represent the core product with Strava’s product leadership. • Set the roadmap and raise the bar for how Runna builds as it scales its global community. • Lead the heart of an Apple-recognised consumer app at a defining moment in its growth.

• Bring substantial experience leading product management teams in a consumer product business. • Show experience managing managers across several product areas. • Bring a track record of owning product strategy end to end for a core consumer surface. • Turn strategy into shipped outcomes that move business metrics. • Combine strong product craft in discovery, prioritisation and experimentation with people leadership. • Partner closely with design, engineering and data, and build credibility with senior stakeholders. • Make data-informed decisions and clear trade-offs under ambiguity. • Show experience scaling a product organisation and its operating rhythm.

• Own Runna’s core product strategy and roadmap, and drive execution against clear outcomes. • Lead and develop the core-product management team, including its managers. • Partner with design, engineering, data, growth and GTM to improve activation, engagement and retention. • Make clear prioritisation calls and trade-offs across the core squads. • Set outcome metrics and a strong operating rhythm across the core-product org. • Represent the core product in conversations with Strava’s product leadership. • Scale and level up the PM function as Runna grows.
