Credit Manager (Product)

• Hold a technical degree from a top university. • Bring solid experience designing retail credit products or features. • Understand the full customer credit lifecycle and its impact on experience. • Know UI/UX and customer behaviour. • Analyse data and real-world experiences to inform decisions. • Understand risk management principles. • Bring programming and data analysis skills. • Use user research to prioritise features. • Lead a team, take ownership and build partnerships across functions. • Communicate, negotiate and build relationships effectively.

• Bring experience at a fintech, digital bank or lender. • Use SQL or Python for product analysis. • Show experience managing third-party partnerships in financial services. • Bring experience launching credit products in multiple markets.
