🎯 Responsibilities
• Develop the group’s global mobility programme within a cross-department team, drafting procedures and controls and managing risk.
• Support international employees with the tax aspects of working overseas, including secondments from the UK.
• Become the main point of contact for global mobility tax queries, building strong relationships across the business.
• Manage relationships with global mobility and international payroll providers, agreeing scopes and fees and keeping services within budget.
• Support the end-to-end assignment lifecycle, from initiation and cost estimation through ongoing support or localisation.
• Advise on international social security and obtain certificates of coverage.
• Manage the monthly process for overseas payrolls for both local hires and secondees, with support from advisors and the internal payroll team.
• Assist with local employment tax compliance and manage Appendix 4 and 8 reporting.
• Provide ad hoc internal tax advice, including preparing internal memos and training material.
