📋 Job Requirements
• Have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience building platform, infrastructure, developer platform, or design systems products.
• Have successfully defined product strategy for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving platform adoption, migrations, or large-scale technical investments.
• Use AI tools as a natural part of your product management practice, applying them to research, analysis, documentation, synthesis, prototyping, and decision support.
• Have strong analytical skills and experience defining product metrics, interpreting data, and using evidence to inform strategy and prioritisation.
• Understand the principles behind design systems, accessibility, design tokens, semantic components, and modern design tooling.
• Communicate complex ideas with clarity, adapting your approach to engineers, designers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Know how to influence without authority, bringing alignment across multiple teams with differing priorities.
• Care deeply about building products that enable others to do their best work.
