• Have 8+ years of experience in web engineering, with 1–3+ years in a leadership or team lead role. • Have a strong technical background in modern web development, frontend or full-stack. • Have experience owning or contributing to high-impact marketing or product websites. • Have a product mindset — comfortable defining problems, prioritising work, and driving outcomes, not just executing tasks. • Have experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams. • Have familiarity with experimentation, analytics, and growth optimisation. • Have interest or experience in applying AI tools and workflows to web development and content. • Have strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across functions.

• Have experience turning a website into a measurable growth engine. • Have a strong point of view on how AI will transform web experiences and content operations. • Have experience with personalisation, experimentation platforms, or data-driven optimisation. • Have a background working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you helped define direction. • Have experience with headless CMS platforms, content infrastructure, or developer tools. • Have a track record of improving key business metrics through web initiatives.
