📋 Job Requirements
• Bring experience in liquidity and funding management within global banking or financial services.
• Bring a thorough understanding of UK-based regulatory regimes.
• Assess and interpret new or revised regulatory policy and communicate the impact to businesses, senior management, and committees.
• Bring experience from a top-tier financial institution or fintech, preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function.
• Break complex issues into their component parts to find the root cause, propose solutions, and build support.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Support the Head of Liquidity in developing, building, and maintaining a best-in-class liquidity and funding management framework.
• Work with Product Owners and the Risk team to deliver the Group ILAAP, covering liquidity, funding risk, and regulatory requirements including LCR and NSFR.
• Lead the implementation of liquidity management tools for data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
• Review the Group’s risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures.
• Support growth by understanding and optimising the business’s liquidity and funding needs.
• Maintain liquidity and funding policies.
• Develop and diversify funding programmes across the Group, covering both secured and unsecured funding.
• Stay informed of emerging financial market trends that might affect funding strategy.
• Assist in designing the liquidity investment portfolio.
