Head of Institutional

• Lead the sales strategy and product roadmap of a multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction platform combining Revolut's global consumer fintech scale with institutional-grade infrastructure. • Join the Wealth & Trading team at the forefront of redefining how people invest, building cutting-edge solutions that empower customers worldwide.

• Have 15+ years of experience in capital markets, institutional platforms, or B2B financial infrastructure. • Have experience with multi-asset platform sales and electronic trading platforms. • Hold a proven track record of building or scaling a business line with P&L ownership. • Have deep knowledge of the global markets stack. • Bring solid commercial instincts and a network across institutional clients. • Have experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and multi-entity regulated environments. • Be able to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from long-term vision to closing the first clients personally. • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-performance environment.

• Have experience as a founder, early executive, or business unit head at a B2B financial infrastructure company. • Bring prior leadership at an outsourced trading or institutional platform team within a major investment bank or custodian. • Hold a network across European, US, MENA, LATAM, or APAC institutional client segments.

• Build an institutional business line with full P&L responsibility. • Define the product strategy for an execution-to-custody, multi-jurisdictional offering. • Design the go-to-market strategy across broker-dealers, private banks, wealth managers, local banks, family offices, and fintechs. • Build and lead the commercial team, and close institutional clients personally during early stages. • Partner with Product and Engineering to ship a competitive API-first, multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction platform. • Define the operating model and scale the team across geographies.
