Business Development Manager (Network Management)

• Join the Expansions team to manage financial institution services and banking partnerships in high-priority regions such as Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. • Procure financial services in expansion markets ahead of local licensing or infrastructure operations. • Identify and onboard new banking relationships in priority expansion regions, focusing on new partnerships rather than managing existing treasury contracts. • Own high-impact commercial relationships across multiple expansion markets with full autonomy and accountability.

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in network management, financial institutions relationship management, or treasury financial partnerships. • Bring expertise in procuring banking services from financial institutions, with a solid understanding of the correspondent banking or transaction banking landscape from the buy side. • Have proven experience with RFP cash processes. • Demonstrate sharp negotiation skills and commercial instincts to challenge expensive proposals and drive optimal pricing outcomes. • Have strong project management skills to manage cross-functional workstreams with speed and structure. • Combine commercial acumen with curiosity about financial infrastructure and products. • Communicate exceptionally well in presentations and interpersonal settings to represent Revolut externally and influence internally. • Be fluent in English. • Show natural drive, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for impact.

• Have experience with custody RFPs. • Be fluent in additional languages beyond English.

• Procure financial services in expansion markets ahead of local licensing or infrastructure operations. • Identify and onboard new banking relationships in priority expansion regions, focusing on new partnerships. • Lead RFP processes for cash and custody to evaluate and select banking partners that meet Revolut's standards and commercial expectations. • Apply sharp negotiation skills and deep market pricing knowledge to challenge and drive down proposals. • Own high-impact commercial relationships across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other expansion markets. • Collaborate closely with Treasury, Expansions, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure new banking relationships are structured and integrated effectively. • Conduct deep dives into complex market problems, identify root causes, and design solutions that unlock step-change improvements in financial infrastructure. • Build market intelligence on pricing structures and banking ecosystems across expansion geographies to inform strategy and negotiation.
