Member of Technical Staff (ML)

• Contribute to the entire development cycle of cutting-edge large deep learning models at a globally distributed foundation model startup. • Prepare datasets, design architectures, implement solutions, train and evaluate models to improve products. • Join at an exciting moment, wear many hats, and help build something from the ground up alongside engineers and researchers translating cutting-edge research into practical applications.

• Have experience with training and evaluating large deep learning models. • Be proficient in standard deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX. • Have a proven track record of applying and implementing machine learning algorithms into software applications at scale. • Have the ability to build in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty. • Have a kind and collaborative nature and work style.

• Have experience preparing and curating large-scale datasets for model training. • Bring experience designing novel model architectures for multimodal AI. • Have experience working across the full model development lifecycle from data preparation through to production deployment. • Have research contributions published at top ML conferences.
