💼 What you will do

• Join one of the UK's largest Digital PR teams with a growing focus on international campaigns across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and the Netherlands. • Work on campaigns requiring local nuance, language understanding, and strong media relationships, helping brands earn coverage across multiple European regions. • Sit on the pathway from Associate to Specialist, building the consistency and market understanding needed to progress into more strategic positions.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring experience working in Digital PR, ideally within an agency. • Demonstrate proven ability to secure coverage and links across campaigns. • Be fluent in English plus at least one or two of German, Italian, Dutch, French, or Spanish. • Hold strong written communication skills across both English and your chosen languages. • Be confident building media lists and running outreach in international markets. • Stay proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns. • Be results-driven with a clear focus on performance and outcomes. • Have hands-on digital PR experience with knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO.

• Show experience supporting or onboarding junior Digital PR Executives. • Bring experience analysing data and research to identify compelling, locally relevant angles. • Have experience adapting tactics and angles based on regional performance and media response. • Demonstrate experience monitoring coverage and proactively converting mentions into links. • Show experience identifying reactive PR opportunities from the news agenda across European markets. • Have cultural understanding of multiple EU markets and how campaign messaging differs across regions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from ideation through to outreach and results across EU markets. • Contribute strong campaign ideas tailored to different regions and audiences. • Analyse data and research to identify compelling, locally relevant angles. • Write and refine press materials, adapting tone and messaging where needed. • Lead outreach across European markets, securing coverage and links. • Build and develop journalist relationships within your language markets. • Adapt tactics and angles based on regional performance and media response. • Monitor coverage and proactively convert mentions into links. • Stay close to the news agenda across your markets and identify reactive opportunities. • Share local trends and insights with the team to support ideation. • Support Digital PR Executives with onboarding and day-to-day guidance. • Share best practice across international outreach and campaign delivery.
