💼 What you will do
• Join one of the UK's largest Digital PR teams, working across a wide range of clients, industries, and campaign types that earn coverage in top-tier publications. • Take ownership of campaign execution from ideation through to outreach and results, contributing to SEO performance and broader marketing goals. • Be surrounded by experienced Managers and Strategists with clear exposure to how campaigns are shaped, particularly across AiPR and GEO.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring experience working in Digital PR, ideally within an agency. • Demonstrate proven ability to secure coverage and links across campaigns. • Hold strong written communication skills and attention to detail. • Be confident building media lists and running outreach. • Stay proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns. • Be results-driven with a clear focus on performance and outcomes. • Have hands-on digital PR experience with knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Show experience supporting or onboarding junior Digital PR Executives. • Bring experience analysing data and research to identify compelling, newsworthy angles. • Have experience adapting tactics and angles mid-campaign to improve performance. • Demonstrate experience monitoring coverage and proactively converting mentions into links. • Show experience identifying reactive PR opportunities from the news agenda. • Have exposure to AiPR, GEO, or emerging areas of Digital PR.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Own campaigns from ideation through to outreach and results. • Contribute strong campaign ideas designed to earn high-quality coverage. • Analyse data and research to identify compelling, newsworthy angles. • Write and refine press materials to a high standard. • Lead outreach across campaigns, securing coverage and links. • Build and develop journalist relationships across relevant sectors. • Adapt tactics and angles to improve performance and hit KPIs. • Monitor coverage and proactively convert mentions into links. • Stay close to the news agenda and identify reactive opportunities. • Share trends and insights with the team to support ideation. • Support Digital PR Executives with onboarding and day-to-day guidance. • Share best practice and help raise standards across the team.
