CRM Specialist

• Join Pockit and Monese as a CRM Specialist, reporting to the Senior CRM Manager. • Shape how the company engages with and retains more than three million customers across the UK and Europe. • Build and optimise campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging using Braze. • Use customer data and insights to deliver the right message at the right time. • Work in a fast-moving fintech focused on people underserved by traditional banks. • Earn £35,000–£45,000, working from the Marylebone office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Bring 3+ years of relevant CRM experience, ideally in a consumer-facing environment. • Show hands-on experience building campaigns in Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform. • Understand customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and campaign optimisation. • Work comfortably with technical terms such as SDKs and APIs and learn new tools quickly. • Analyse customer and campaign data and turn insights into clear strategy. • Manage multiple workstreams with strong organisation and attention to detail. • Communicate and present clearly across teams. • Speak and write English fluently.

• Bring experience in a multinational or multilingual environment. • Know HTML and CMS platforms. • Bring experience in banking, fintech or another regulated industry.

• Build, launch and iterate campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app and on-platform messaging. • Manage campaigns end to end, from audience selection and QA to launch and analysis. • Support and optimise the CRM lifecycle roadmap. • Analyse customer data to spot opportunities and challenges. • Use segmentation to reach the right customer through the right channel. • Run A/B tests as part of structured experimentation plans. • Track KPIs and turn campaign results into clear recommendations. • Work with Marketing, Product, Data and BI teams on strategy and execution.
