Senior Implementation Manager

• Lead the successful delivery of Patchwork’s most complex software implementations, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. • Act as a senior member of the Implementation Team. • Combine outstanding project management with deep domain expertise in NHS rostering and workforce management. • Lead enterprise implementations confidently and build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders. • Work autonomously, navigating complex customer environments and balancing commercial and delivery priorities. • Coach colleagues, share best practice, and contribute to the continuous evolution of Patchwork’s delivery capability. • Focus primarily on Rota implementations, while supporting projects across the wider product suite. • Work hybrid and flexibly, with access to the London Hub and co-working spaces across the UK.

• Bring significant experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within SaaS environments, including complex stakeholder landscapes. • Bring demonstrable experience delivering NHS rostering or workforce management implementations. • Manage stakeholders exceptionally, building trusted relationships and influencing senior customer stakeholders including executive-level audiences. • Bring experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting more junior colleagues and raising delivery standards across a team. • Show an outstanding record developing and maintaining project documentation and collateral such as project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines. • Bring a strong understanding of project governance, risk management, dependency management, and implementation best practice. • Show demonstrable experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Communicate excellently in writing and in person, presenting to wide groups including senior stakeholders. • Demonstrate a solution mindset alongside critical thinking. • Bring eagerness to work with many people and act as a self-starter. • Take pride in attention to detail. • Stay tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems. • Bring the ability and passion to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment.

• Bring extensive experience within NHS workforce management, rostering, or eRostering. • Bring experience implementing workforce management or scheduling solutions. • Hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, or similar qualification. • Bring experience working within a HealthTech scale-up.

• Lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale implementation projects to scope, budget, and timeline while driving exceptional customer outcomes. • Work across the Implementation Team, influencing without authority so colleagues understand their project responsibilities. • Act as a senior subject matter expert, coaching colleagues and improving delivery standards, processes, and documentation. • Maintain a high standard of internal and external project documentation and artefacts. • Lead complex customer workshops, create high-quality proposals, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, engaging executive sponsors, programme leaders, and operational teams. • Navigate the client’s organisational hierarchy to identify the right people to achieve implementation goals. • Educate clients on use cases for Patchwork’s products, respectfully pushing back on unrealistic expectations. • Manage external expectations so all parties stay aware of progress, milestones, and challenges. • Stay commercially aware of client procurement practices and internal politics so relationships and projects are not compromised. • Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery challenges, working with Product, Technology, and customer stakeholders on pragmatic solutions. • Propose viable solutions through configuration or negotiation with the Product Team to unblock projects. • Train client stakeholders to use Patchwork’s products to their full functionality. • Apply your NHS rostering and workforce management expertise to advise customers on best practice. • Track workforce data to guide clients to the best decisions. • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practice, evaluating new tools and methodologies.
