Implementation Manager

• Deliver project implementations for Patchwork's software solutions with overarching responsibility to drive successful outcomes for assigned projects. • Build a deep understanding of client needs and configure and deliver products to meet those needs while providing an excellent client experience. • Work independently throughout projects, including creating proposals and delivering product demonstrations, with a primary focus on Rota implementations.

• Have demonstrable experience in project management in an enterprise environment (B2B2C), preferably with exposure to Rota/Rostering implementations, NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry within SaaS products. • Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management and ability to build rapport and respect with clients including at a senior level. • Have experience coaching and influencing colleagues to drive project success. • Maintain an outstanding record of developing and maintaining all project documentation and collateral such as project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines. • Bring excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present to a wide group including senior stakeholders. • Demonstrate a solution mindset as well as critical thinking. • Be eager to work with multiple people and be a self-starter. • Take pride in attention to detail. • Be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems. • Have the ability and passion to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment, embracing its challenges and opportunities.

• Hold a project management related qualification such as PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI. • Have experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry. • Bring experience or knowledge of workforce applications. • Have an understanding of SaaS platforms.

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple implementation projects of Patchwork's software solutions, adhering closely to the project framework and best practice, ensuring timely delivery to scope and budget. • Work across the Implementation Team, influencing without authority to ensure team members understand their responsibilities and drive successful project outcomes. • Demonstrate being a subject matter expert and a point of escalation for other team members in Implementation. • Work alongside the Director of Implementation to build skills within the team through improved processes and documentation. • Maintain a high standard of project documentation and artefacts both internally and externally. • Independently create high-quality proposals and deliver outstanding product demonstrations throughout the implementation process. • Navigate the organisational hierarchy of clients to identify the right people to achieve implementation goals. • Build outstanding and meaningful client relationships, engaging and influencing people from all levels including C-Suite and executive-level board members. • Educate clients on use cases for Patchwork's products, respectfully pushing back on unrealistic expectations. • Manage external expectations to ensure Patchwork is never under-delivering, keeping all parties aware of progress, milestones, and challenges. • Propose viable solutions through configuration and/or negotiation with the Product Team to unblock projects. • Train client stakeholders on how to use Patchwork's products to their full functionality. • Invest in strong relationships with Product and Technology to better understand the product suite and current and future capabilities. • Track workforce data to guide clients to the best decisions and drive outcomes through product implementation. • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practice, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
