Implementation Manager

• Deliver project implementations for Patchwork’s software solutions, with overarching responsibility for driving successful outcomes. • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and how to configure and deliver the products to meet them, while providing an excellent client experience. • Work independently throughout projects, including creating proposals and delivering product demonstrations. • Apply trained knowledge of project management methods and respect the internal project governance framework to deliver on scope and budget. • Work closely with and receive support from Implementation Consultants and the wider Implementation Team. • Focus primarily on Rota implementations, while remaining capable of assisting on projects across all products. • Work hybrid and flexibly, with access to the London Hub and co-working spaces across the UK.

• Bring demonstrable experience in project management within an enterprise B2B2C environment. • Manage stakeholders outstandingly, building rapport and respect with clients including at senior level. • Bring experience coaching and influencing colleagues to drive project success. • Show an outstanding record developing and maintaining project documentation and collateral such as project plans, PIDs, approach documents, and timelines. • Communicate excellently in writing and in person, presenting to wide groups including senior stakeholders. • Demonstrate a solution mindset alongside critical thinking. • Bring eagerness to work with many people and act as a self-starter. • Take pride in attention to detail. • Stay tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems. • Bring the ability and passion to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment.

• Hold a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI. • Bring experience or knowledge of the NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry. • Bring experience or knowledge of workforce applications. • Bring an understanding of SaaS platforms. • Bring exposure to Rota or rostering implementations specifically.

• Drive the successful delivery of multiple implementation projects, adhering to the project framework and delivering to scope and budget. • Work across the Implementation Team, influencing without authority so colleagues understand their project responsibilities. • Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation, building skills within the team alongside the Director of Implementation through improved processes and documentation. • Maintain a high standard of internal and external project documentation and artefacts. • Create high quality proposals independently and deliver outstanding product demonstrations. • Navigate the client’s organisational hierarchy to identify the right people to achieve implementation goals. • Build meaningful client relationships and influence people at all levels including C-suite and board members. • Educate clients on use cases for Patchwork’s products, respectfully pushing back on unrealistic expectations. • Manage external expectations so all parties stay aware of implementation progress, milestones, and challenges. • Stay commercially aware of client procurement practices, internal politics, and policies so relationships and projects are not compromised. • Build strong internal relationships with client-facing teams to ensure seamless handovers. • Propose viable solutions through configuration or negotiation with the Product Team to unblock projects. • Train client stakeholders to use Patchwork’s products to their full functionality. • Build relationships with Product and Technology to understand current and future product capabilities. • Demonstrate knowledge of workforce management workflows across the value chain, including non-Patchwork systems such as bank management, managed services, and payroll. • Track workforce data to guide clients to the best decisions. • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practice, evaluating new tools and methodologies for continuous improvement.
