📋 Job Requirements
• Bring experience generating new business within a SaaS environment, ideally selling software into NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech organisations.
• Show demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders at enterprise-level organisations.
• Bring a proven track record carrying a sales quota of £600,000+ and closing deals with an average contract value of £150,000+.
• Bring experience managing both new business and account growth, identifying and converting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Own a territory and work independently while sharing knowledge and collaborating across the wider team.
• Build relationships and manage stakeholders strongly, influencing and engaging both internal and external senior leaders.
• Bring experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• Take a proactive, self-starting approach, owning and driving opportunities forward.
• Communicate excellently, building credibility, delivering compelling presentations, and adapting to different audiences.

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and closing.
