Technical Solutions Specialist

• Join Omnea as its founding Technical Solutions Specialist, working hybrid from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. • Act as the critical bridge between Omnea’s Product and Customer teams. • Join the “SWAT team” for complex configurations, integrations and technical challenges. • Work directly with leading tech companies such as Spotify, TeamViewer, McAfee and Pleo. • Shape the product roadmap with insight from customer interactions. • Become the go-to expert on the Omnea product across the company.

• Bring 3–8+ years of experience in a performance-driven environment. • Show a track record of consistently performing at the top of your team in work, academia or sport. • Bring a strong technical foundation, such as a degree in Engineering, Applied Physics or Maths, or a technical apprenticeship. • Show some coding knowledge, whether from a degree module or a side project. • Communicate clearly about technical topics in writing and presentations. • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to grow your career. • Work from the London office three days a week.

• Bring experience in technical support, solutions engineering or implementation roles. • Show experience with SaaS integrations and APIs. • Bring experience writing product tickets or engineering requirements. • Show experience creating technical documentation or customer training materials. • Hold a Computer Science degree.

• Help the Customer team understand requirements, overcome technical barriers and refine complex configurations. • Solve integration challenges for seamless Omnea implementations. • Build sophisticated demo solutions for the Commercial team. • Act as first line of defence for customer requests and manage Eng support ticket priorities. • Share customer insight with Product and help scope features that reduce churn and drive upsell. • Write product tickets and manage their delivery. • Build the Knowledge Repository, Product Accreditation and customer training materials. • Create onboarding workflows, templates and technical documentation.
