Head of Customer Value

Posted on 10 September 2026

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Omnea to build and run its Customer Value function from the ground up. • Own the expansion and retention motion across Omnea’s enterprise customer base. • Lead the Customer Value Leads directly while personally driving high-stakes upsell deals as a player-coach. • Report into the VP Customer Experience and work closely with the CEO and CCO. • Represent Omnea in high-stakes conversations with CFOs, COOs, and procurement leaders at some of the world’s largest companies. • Turn a high-potential team into an elite GTM function through commercial rigour and a new playbook. • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 8+ years in a senior commercial or customer leadership role, including 3+ years leading a function. • Show a strong track record as a senior individual contributor before growing into leadership. • Lead as a hands-on player-coach who drives deals directly rather than managing from dashboards. • Bring experience in proper enterprise deals, including six-figure ARR+ accounts, complex buying committees, and long cycles. • Apply the key levers of retention, upsell, multi-threading, executive relationships, champion building, and value articulation. • Show a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing commercial teams from early stage to growth. • Recruit, coach, and retain an A+ team, knowing what exceptional talent looks like. • Build rapport, influence people, and drive change with executive presence and gravitas. • Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and bring an obsessive sense of ownership. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience owning NRR targets, although a very strong appetite and capability to do so is also considered. • Bring the gravitas to engage CFOs, Legal, or Procurement leaders. • Bring a Sales leadership background with an expansion-heavy, enterprise motion, as this is valued equally to Account Management leadership. • Bring experience building QBR or ROI frameworks for executive sponsors. • Apply even if your experience doesn’t quite match the full job spec. • Note in your application if you’d like to opt out of AI note-takers during interviews.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of upsell and expansion across the enterprise base. • Run weekly deal reviews with Customer Value Leads and step personally into high-stakes opportunities. • Ensure every account has a clear commercial path forward. • Build commercial infrastructure, including deal review cadences, multi-threading strategies, QBR frameworks, and expansion playbooks. • Develop ROI-driven QBR frameworks with the VP Customer Experience and VP Product. • Lead, coach, and develop Customer Value Leads, and hire as the team grows. • Work with Product to surface expansion opportunities, flag friction, and pre-sell new modules with design partners. • Join your team on the road at quarter end for the highest-stakes conversations.

About Omnea

📊 Omnea at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
