Senior Product Manager

• Shape and ship Omnea's product from scoping features all the way through to delivery, helping accelerate product delivery and drive revenue growth. • Work closely with Sales, Customer, and Engineering leaders to ensure the product continues to win competitive deals and renew and upsell at world-leading rates. • Join at a pivotal time with titling open to Senior (Level 3) or Lead (Level 4), assessed during the interview process.

• Bring 6+ years of experience in product management building exceptional B2B SaaS products with full-stack experience scoping, building, and shipping complex products. • Be highly analytical, naturally data-driven, and possess great product intuition with excellent design taste and strong opinions on user experience. • Hold high technical literacy with the ability to assess technical feasibility of proposed features at a high level. • Have a bias for action and a reputation for getting things done at pace rather than working only in frameworks or strategy. • Communicate outstandingly in verbal, written, and presentation formats, conveying complex ideas with clarity to any audience. • Digest customer feedback and inputs effectively, putting yourself in the shoes of the customer to guide teams on what and how to build.

• Have played a key role in building something impressive in an early-stage environment, whether a product, team, or company. • Bring experience in procurement, supplier management, or adjacent enterprise workflows. • Demonstrate a commercial mindset with experience working alongside Sales and Customer teams to drive revenue. • Show experience managing the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to launch including backlog management with Engineering Leaders. • Hold entrepreneurial ambitions toward founding a company or leading a product organisation. • Have experience making trade-off decisions between growth and improvement priorities with clearly articulated reasoning.

• Work closely with Sales and Customer leaders to help them sell, deploy, and support the product, growing Omnea's revenue as fast as possible. • Develop an intuitive understanding of the space and customer needs to drive fast product decisions. • Ensure everything built is well-scoped with clearly defined requirements, making trade-offs between growth and improvements with clearly articulated decision-making. • Own the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to launch, working closely with Engineering Leaders to manage, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog. • Bring transparency and clarity to the product roadmap for both current work and future vision. • Drive alignment across the organisation and accountability for how the team delivers product iterations.
