Senior Product Manager
About the role
💼 What you will do
• Shape and ship Omnea's product from scoping features all the way through to delivery at a pivotal time — just raised $50M Series B, grown revenue 5x, and tripled the customer base. • Help accelerate product delivery, ensuring Omnea continues to consistently win in its competitive space and drive revenue growth. • Titling assessed during the process — open to Senior (Level 3) or Lead (Level 4) depending on where you sit relative to the rest of the team. • Work on building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management for enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, and McAfee.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 6+ years of experience in product management building exceptional B2B SaaS products, having operated "full stack" with experience scoping, building, and shipping complex and beautiful products. • Have played a key role in building something impressive in high-calibre, ideally early-stage environments, understanding that speed of execution is one of the biggest advantages. • Be highly analytical, naturally data-driven, and have great product intuition — able to digest customer feedback and put yourself in the customer's shoes. • Have high technical literacy and a commercial mindset, assessing technical feasibility at a high level while understanding the commercial value features will bring. • Have a bias for action and a reputation for getting things done — getting hands dirty, moving at pace, and making an impact rather than only talking in frameworks. • Communicate outstandingly in verbal, written, and presentation formats, conveying complex ideas with clarity to any audience. • Be entrepreneurial with the ability and appetite to get stuck into anything that can drive an early-stage business forward.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Bring experience in the procurement, finance operations, or supplier management space. • Have a track record of working closely with Sales and Customer teams to drive revenue growth through product. • Demonstrate experience leading product at the Lead or Director level in a high-growth startup.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Work closely with Sales and Customer leaders to help them sell, deploy, and support the product as Omnea scales, growing revenue as fast as possible. • Develop an intuitive understanding of the space and customers' needs to drive product decisions quickly and execute fast. • Ensure everything built is well-scoped with clearly defined requirements, making trade-offs when prioritising growth vs improvements and clearly articulating research, opinions, and decision-making. • Be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality features are delivered on time. • Work closely with Engineering Leaders in managing, prioritising, and maintaining the product backlog. • Collaborate closely with everyone to bring transparency and clarity to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across the org and driving accountability for delivery.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take
Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
😃 What Omnea offers
• Join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups — 4th fastest growing in Europe and Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company to Work For. • Receive competitive geo-localised benefits. • Work alongside a team that previously scaled Tessian from $0–30M ARR and $8–$500M valuation. • Rise faster than would be possible in any "normal" career with the potential for Senior or Lead-level titling.
