Sales & AI Enablement Lead

• Own how Omnea drives excellence across its revenue-generating teams as the first dedicated enablement hire, collaborating with domain experts across Sales, Product, Marketing, and beyond. • Drive the development and adoption of AI skills and tooling across the 40-person GTM function, leveraging AI to amplify the impact of enablement work. • Architect and maintain critical sales knowhow and materials with enormous one-to-many impact as the team, product, and market rapidly evolve.

• Bring 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where excellent communication and impactful information delivery matter. • Execute with both speed and care to maximise impact across the GTM function, driving yourself and others toward skills and techniques that deliver results. • Think in practical systems and stay highly organised, keeping knowledge concise, current, and manageable for time-poor teams. • Communicate effectively across various mediums, both asynchronously and live, to land key messages and drive behavioural change.

• Hold specific sales enablement experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment. • Bring experience developing and running structured onboarding and upskilling programmes with measurable impact. • Demonstrate hands-on experience building or adopting AI tools and skills for GTM teams. • Have a background in sales, solutions consulting, or another GTM role that gives you firsthand understanding of what reps need. • Show experience codifying best practices from top performers into repeatable training materials. • Bring familiarity with managing a digital knowledge ecosystem or learning management platform.

• Architect, optimise, organise, and disseminate critical knowhow and materials across the GTM function, keeping everything concise and current as the business rapidly evolves. • Develop, run, and measure onboarding and ongoing enablement pathways for each GTM role, ensuring key skills are developed and impact is tracked. • Build and prioritise the GTM AI roadmap, developing AI tools to maintain central knowledge and drive greater productivity and outcomes across sales. • Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure latest product functionality, company narrative, and top-performer techniques are reflected in enablement materials. • Drive adoption of AI skills and tooling across the GTM team. • Codify the best techniques from top performers into scalable programmes for others to adopt.
