About the role

💼 What you will do

• Craft Omnea's product and AI narrative for the Series B–C stage of growth, ensuring people understand what Omnea does, why it matters, and how it differentiates. • Sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market, owning how the company showcases what it builds — from new product launches to sales decks to competitor analysis. • Deliver clear, compelling messaging that cuts through AI hype and inspires procurement teams at the world's leading companies to redefine what good looks like. • Be the GTM team's most important partner, making sure Product, Sales, Customer, and Marketing all tell the same story with clarity and conviction.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years in B2B SaaS in product marketing or a highly commercial role (VC, IB, or similar), with hands-on experience across launch coordination, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, or customer storytelling. • Have built differentiated messaging from scratch for a product in a noisy or complex category, and successfully coordinated cross-functional product launches that drove commercial impact. • Write exceptionally well — able to take a product spec and turn it into a narrative that resonates with buyers, with taste, empathy, and judgement. • Understand enterprise sales cycles, having either pitched products yourself or worked closely with a sales team. • Be comfortable owning competitive intelligence and know the difference between materials that get used and materials that collect dust. • Have done your best work in a startup or scale-up environment, building the playbook while executing it. • Be resourceful — not waiting for a brand team, design resource, or content agency to ship great work.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring a background in VC, investment banking, or entrepreneurship with strong "outside in" research and writing on markets. • Have experience transitioning from a sales background into a strategic enablement or product marketing role. • Demonstrate experience rethinking enablement and positioning using the latest AI technologies to give GTM teams a competitive edge.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging — define how Omnea talks about its platform to procurement leaders, finance teams, and evaluating buyers, ensuring every channel tells a cohesive story. • Amplify customer voices — interview customers, identify what actually changed for the person doing the job, and shape that into stories that inform how Omnea positions, sells, and builds. • Lead product launches end-to-end — from roadmap to market, owning the narrative, identifying channels, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Marketing, building launch assets, and tracking impact. • Arm the GTM team to win — build product documentation, materials, and Claude skills the team needs to close deals with companies like Spotify, Adyen, and Monzo. • Own the competitive intelligence function — track the landscape, understand market shifts, and feed that back into positioning and selling. • Close the loop by bringing what you learn from the market back into the product roadmap.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.

😃 What Omnea offers

• Join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups — 4th fastest growing in Europe and Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company to Work For. • Receive competitive geo-localised benefits. • Work alongside a team that previously scaled Tessian from $0–30M ARR and $8–$500M valuation. • Shape the narrative at the Series B–C stage with direct influence on product roadmap and GTM strategy.
