Product Director

• Join Omnea, an AI-native procurement platform backed by Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel. • Lead product across a major surface area of the Omnea platform as Product Director. • Set strategy, grow and manage a team of PMs, and ensure the team builds the right things with speed and clarity. • Blend product vision, organisational scaling, and hands-on execution in a senior leadership role. • Report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders. • Shape not just what Omnea builds but how it builds, as the company scales at pace. • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Bring 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs. • Bring strong product strategy skills, defining vision, sequencing bets, and zooming into detail. • Show a track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments. • Lead with context rather than control, coaching PMs to think independently and execute well. • Communicate excellently, aligning stakeholders and driving clear decisions. • Care deeply about product quality and have a strong sense of what great looks like. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.
