Product Design Director

• Lead the design function across the entire company as Director of Product Design, driving vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction with Omnea is intuitive, elegant, and trusted. • Combine strategic design leadership with organisational building in a senior leadership role that sets the design bar, defines team culture, and scales product quality alongside company growth. • Shape how Omnea works, hires, and ships with massive ownership and outsized impact.

• Bring 8+ years of experience in product design including 3+ years in design leadership roles. • Demonstrate proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments. • Think in deep systems with a portfolio that spans early-stage design and scaled systems. • Communicate exceptionally and partner cross-functionally, building trust quickly and leading with empathy. • Have experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools. • Care deeply about product and design craft with the ability to scale that care across a team.

• Hold experience designing for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms or back-office tools. • Bring a track record of building and maintaining design systems and brand voice at scale. • Show experience incorporating user research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into a team's core practices. • Demonstrate experience driving execution from vision decks through to pixel-perfect delivery. • Have led design hiring at a high-growth startup from a small team to a scaled organisation. • Bring familiarity with AI-native product design patterns or designing for procurement and finance workflows.

• Own and evolve Omnea's end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints. • Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers including hiring, coaching, and performance development. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to drive alignment on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals. • Champion user-centred design practices incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into the team's DNA. • Drive high-quality execution across all phases from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery. • Shape and maintain the design system, brand voice, and internal design practices.
