GTM Enablement & Program Manager

Posted on 4 August 2026

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Build the operating system for GTM excellence as Omnea's first GTM Enablement Program Manager, designing the programmes, systems, and workflows that help a 40-person and growing GTM team learn, adopt new capabilities, and execute consistently. • Transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding, enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows, and playbooks that genuinely improve performance. • Define how enablement works at Omnea from the ground up, creating systems that scale as the business grows.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment such as consulting, programme or project management, operations, or strategy. • Think in systems and naturally bring order to complexity, designing processes, frameworks, and programmes that make other people more effective. • Stay highly organised and obsessed with user experience, keeping documentation, learning, and processes concise, intuitive, and easy to maintain. • Communicate excellently by simplifying complex ideas, influencing stakeholders across functions, and creating content that genuinely changes behaviour. • Execute with focus while always looking for smarter ways of working, with excitement for AI and modern productivity tools.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Come from a consulting, Chief of Staff, or strategy background with transferable structured-thinking skills. • Hold previous sales enablement or learning and development experience in a B2B SaaS environment. • Demonstrate hands-on experience implementing AI-powered tools or workflows to drive team productivity. • Bring experience designing and measuring onboarding programmes with quantifiable ramp-time improvements. • Show familiarity with knowledge management platforms or documentation standards at scale. • Have experience codifying best practices from top performers into repeatable playbooks.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Design how critical information is captured, organised, and shared across the GTM organisation, owning the underlying systems and structure to create leverage across the entire team. • Own onboarding and ongoing development programmes across every GTM function, building learning experiences that help new hires ramp quickly and experienced team members stay sharp. • Identify, implement, and optimise tools, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that help GTM teams work faster and better, championing adoption and establishing best practices. • Partner with leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product launches are successfully enabled, messaging stays current, and best practices are codified. • Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously refine programmes based on data and feedback. • Build an enablement function that demonstrably improves productivity, ramp time, and execution quality.

About Omnea

📊 Omnea at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
