Enterprise Sales Engineer

• Join Omnea as a foundational hire on its Sales Engineering team, acting as the technical authority in enterprise sales. • Work alongside Sales to win some of the world’s largest companies as their trusted technical advisor. • Run technical discovery, then direct AI to build first-draft demos, PoC environments, and RFP responses. • Apply the judgement AI can’t, making sure every demo, PoC, and answer is accurate and proves what the prospect needs. • Use deep knowledge of the modern finance and procurement stack, including ERPs, CLMs, GRC, and AP automation. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and the Customer team that takes deals from signed to live. • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Bring 3–7 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting. • Direct AI tools to produce first-draft demos, configurations, and RFP responses, catching errors before prospects see them. • Learn complex software platforms quickly and answer hard security and architecture questions in depth. • Explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders ranging from CFOs and CPOs to CISOs. • Solve problems proactively, with real troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first mindset. • Own RFPs, RFIs, and IT security questionnaires end to end, including their technical requirements. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

• Bring experience in B2B SaaS. • Bring experience in the modern finance or procurement stack, including procurement and AP automation. • Show you have demoed, implemented, or administered ERPs, CLMs, or GRC platforms. • Apply even if you can’t do everything on day one, as Omnea doesn’t expect you to. • Note in your application if you’d like to opt out of AI note-takers during interviews.

• Run technical discovery sessions with prospects and tailor demos to what you learn. • Direct AI to build first-draft demo environments, then refine them for workflow quirks, compliance needs, and stakeholder objections. • Scope and own proof-of-concepts end to end with Product and the Customer team. • Ensure every PoC proves what the prospect needs to see to move forward. • Direct AI to draft RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses, then validate every answer against the prospect’s requirements. • Turn field insights into product feedback for the Product team. • Hand off cleanly to the Customer team so nothing is lost between signature and deployment. • Keep demo environments, technical documentation, and RFP libraries sharp and up to date using AI.
