Growth Lead

• Join Nous’s Growth team as Growth Lead, working hybrid from London. • Own influencer marketing, one of Nous’s core acquisition channels, and run it as a performance system. • Focus on influencer for your first three to six months, then take on more channels. • Stay hands-on across creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing and campaign management. • Use and improve internal tools to automate creator outreach, performance tracking and payments. • Report to the Head of Growth, with support from one to two growth associates.

• Bring hands-on experience running influencer or creator acquisition, ideally at a startup. • Show experience building or automating parts of the channel, such as sourcing, outreach or payments. • Own commercial outcomes, including what creators are worth and whether they hit CAC targets. • Work confidently with CAC, conversion rates, budgets and targets. • Use AI tools in your own work and build solutions yourself rather than waiting for engineers. • Show strong creative judgement for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content. • Bring an urgent, hungry mindset and enjoy hands-on, high-volume work.

• Bring experience managing influencer agency relationships. • Show experience running high-volume micro-influencer outreach. • Bring experience growing or splitting a channel into specialist areas. • Show experience in consumer fintech or other performance-driven startups. • Bring experience building internal tools with AI assistance.

• Run influencer campaigns end to end, from sourcing and outreach to approvals and performance review. • Work out creator value, negotiate fees and structure deals that make commercial sense. • Track performance against volume and CAC targets and act quickly when falling behind. • Build and run high-volume outreach to micro-influencers. • Manage agency relationships alongside direct creator partnerships. • Write strong briefs and give clear feedback on creator content. • Reduce manual work with AI, internal tools and better processes as the channel grows.
