Performance Marketing Lead

Posted on 10 September 2026

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Omnea as the first dedicated owner of performance marketing within the Go To Market team. • Take existing paid campaigns, the website, and social channels, find the ROI, and professionalise them. • Own the full loop from ad spend through to pipeline, with the data to prove what worked. • Diagnose why leads aren’t converting, rebuild landing pages, and build audiences from closed-won data. • Give the exec team a trusted picture of what every channel returns. • Work closely with digital agency partners, UK and US field marketers, and the sales team. • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring experience in a B2B marketing role, either in-house or agency. • Think commercially in pipeline and cost per opportunity rather than clicks and impressions. • Know paid mechanics properly, including audiences, match rates, attribution windows, and frequency. • Bring hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads. • Build reports from scratch, spot anomalies, and explain trends clearly to others. • Build pages in a CMS from existing components, keeping them consistent and tracked correctly. • Bring experience working with or inside an agency, writing strong briefs and judging the quality of work. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Work comfortably in tools such as HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, and Campaign Manager. • Bring B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling to finance, procurement, legal, or risk buyers. • Understand SEO fundamentals. • Know enough Figma to work sensibly with designers. • Apply even if your experience doesn’t quite match the full job spec. • Note in your application if you’d like to opt out of AI note-takers during interviews.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number for digital channels, including volume, source, and cost. • Build and maintain Dreamdata dashboards using sources such as HubSpot and GA4. • Track campaigns from first touch to closed-won and use the results to shape what runs next. • Run a disciplined testing cadence, calling results and stopping what isn’t working. • Direct the paid agency on briefs, audience strategy, funnel design, and six-figure annual ad spend. • Own LinkedIn as the primary paid channel, including audiences, target account lists, retargeting, and sequencing. • Build audiences from Omnea’s own data, such as closed-won patterns, target accounts, and product signals. • Work with content and design teammates to produce compelling campaign content. • Own website conversion across forms, journeys, page structure, and post-click experience. • Ship campaign and product launch landing pages using the existing component library and CMS. • Keep tracking and attribution clean so reporting can be trusted. • Make the case for more budget when the numbers justify it.

About Omnea

📊 Omnea at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
