• Bring experience in an experimentation-led environment. • Show experience managing engineers across backend, web and mobile. • Bring experience in fintech, banking or other regulated industries. • Show experience growing teams in a scaling company.

• Own delivery across your squads with the Technical Lead and Product Manager. • Hold a high bar for engineering excellence and individual performance. • Lead around 7–10 engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback. • Drive technical initiatives with senior engineers to raise engineering standards. • Lead communication with stakeholders so engineers can focus. • Contribute to company-wide management and technical best practices.
