Manager, Solutions Consulting

• Manage a team of Solutions Consultants supporting UK/I and Nordic Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts. • Marry technical depth with strong storytelling to bring Figma's platform to life for some of the region's most influential enterprises. • Bridge deep technical expertise with business context, painting the vision of what is technically possible. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support to drive consultative strategies that unlock customer value. • Scale the Solutions Consulting function and shape how the enterprise go-to-market motion evolves. • Work full time on a hybrid basis from the London office.

• Bring 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience. • Have 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers with direct accountability for team performance, mentorship, and feedback. • Communicate excellently in speech and writing, presenting complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Show proven success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support. • Solve problems hands-on, mentoring effectively while stepping in as a player when needed. • Bring a track record of designing and implementing strategic programmes that drive impact across teams. • Work comfortably with light scripting, querying, or prototyping. • Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across London. • Join customer and prospect meetings alongside your team. • Support continual training and development, covering mentorship, hiring, and career growth. • Work cross-functionally to define and execute the technical pre-sales strategy. • Build and implement programmes that scale the Solutions Consulting team and drive greater customer impact. • Monitor team performance and support the team in exceeding their goals.
