• Bring 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience. • Show 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers with direct accountability for performance. • Present complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Show success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Support. • Mentor effectively while stepping in hands-on when needed. • Show a track record of designing and running strategic programmes across teams. • Bring experience with light scripting, querying or prototyping. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring experience using or working with Figma. • Show experience working across multiple time zones. • Bring experience in design, UX or developer tooling pre-sales. • Show experience supporting Nordic or UK enterprise customers.

• Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants in London. • Join customer and prospect meetings alongside your team. • Support ongoing training, mentorship, hiring and career growth. • Define and execute the technical pre-sales strategy with cross-functional partners. • Build programmes that help Solutions Consultants scale their impact. • Monitor team performance and help the team exceed its goals.
